RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS


Discover Curtains constantly strives to meet its customer needs. All the curtains, valances, and window toppers are tailor-made. With this in mind, we have designed our policies to make simple return process.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that’s been damaged in transit or is defective, we will replace items at no extra cost.  Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order.

 

What items are non-refundable? 

  • Gift cards

  • Items on which No return or Non-Refundable is exclusively mentioned in the description.

  • Items that are used.

  • Items received by you, meet the description of the product based on your order request.

  • Items lost or stolen after they are delivered to your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages, once they are indicated as delivered on your tracking link.

  • Total quantities of items in the order is more than 30.

 

Can the items be exchanged?

CURRENTLY, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING EXCHANGE REQUESTS.

 

    What is the return request deadline?

    • You must open a return/exchange request within 7 days of the date of delivery. 

     

    Do I have to pay a shipping fee for returns?

    • We offer a free return or exchange shipping label for approved returns and exchanges.

     

    How do I return?

    • All the refundable items return must be requested within 7 days of the date of delivery,

    • Please send us an email at customersupport@discovercurtains.com to initiate a return.

    • Enter your order number and term 'Return Request' in the subject line.

    • Upload pictures of the products.

    • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with return shipping guidelines.

       

      Is expedite shipping fee covered in refund?

      We do not refund shipping fees.

       

      What are the refund options?

      The following refund options are supported:

      • Refund to the original payment method
      • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

       

      How do I ship back the items?

      For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

       

      How soon will I get my refund?

      Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
      • If approved and if the request is about damaged goods received, then the refund will be processed within 10 to 20 working days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

       

      Can I cancel my order?

      All the orders are custom-made. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled
